    Hi,
I’m using Built-in Email Builder and it works fine for all plugins.
    Except for “Back in stock notification” which the emails don’t show the real value of {product_name}
Here is a snapshot of what people receive as notification emails:

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

We don’t have such shortcode like {product_name} for the email builder. Where did you get that? Did you make any additional customization to create that?

    Regards

    Thanks for checking this.
I haven’t done any customizations. I just installed the plugin and created the email template like others.
The shortcode is in the plugin’s email settings.

    Hello,

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
Does it work when our mail builder is disabled?

    Regards

is it possible to disable the email builder for just this plugin, so I can test it?

It works fine when I disable the email builder globally.

    Hello,

Remove Back in stock templates from the email builder https://prnt.sc/25zi8l2 and then your customers will get default emails of that plugin. There is no need to disable email builder for all the other emails if you want to use that.
Unfortunately, shortcode that plugin uses in their emails does not work in builder and it requires additional customization.

    Thanks, Olga,
I removed the Back in stock templates, and it’s now working fine.
Is there any way I get notified when Email Builder supports this plugin?

    Hello,

Our developers will take a closer look if it’s possible to make that shortcode work with email builder but can’t promise anything. Give us some time to check.
