Built in Email builder stopped working after the recent update

Hi,
We have been receiving WooComerece email notifications with no issues till the last update.
I would be thankful if you check this issue and see the problem.
Not we use Offload SES Lite plugin to send emails via AWS SES. Test emails work okay, but notifications are not.
