Hi!
Is it possible to make email templates for two languages? For example if the user using Hungarian language, the email will be sent in Hungarian. If the user using Slovak language on the site, the email will be sent in Slovak?
I’m using PolyLang Pro, I enabled Email Builder Templates in “Custom post types and Taxonomies”, but can’t assign language to the email template.
Thank you!
Hello,
This feature is currently unavailable. However, there is an option that allows sending different templates to customers from different countries.
It is “Apply to billing countries” in the rules section in the right side of email template. You can create multi templates then change email contents with these respective country languages, then apply to send to countries using that language.
For example, Email Hungarian will be applied for country billing in Hungary, Slovak email will be applied for Slovakia. You can see this image: https://prnt.sc/vibvha and https://prnt.sc/vibxk0

Thank you for your answer.
In our country Slovakia and in this region using these two languages (HU,SK), that’s why I can’t set up Country rule for emails.
That would be a really good feature in the future to allow translate email templates.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Chris
