Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Regarding your query, we kindly confirm that the theme does not include a built-in option to directly change the prices of products, including regular and sale prices. These settings are typically managed through your eCommerce platform (e.g., WooCommerce) rather than the theme itself. For example – https://prnt.sc/FUp3avDmnVvM
Contact support of Woocommerce to get further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Should you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Dear Taylor,
Thank you for your support, I used the same method but it is not working.
Kindly advise.
Dear Hassam,
Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Dear Ross,
I am just scared if I change the theme will it effect current work because I spent so much time and efforts to design me website.
Please let me know so i can change the default theme “twenty twenty five”
Thank you,
Muhammad Hassam
Dear Hassam,
Switching themes should not cause any significant issues. However, it may result in a change in the positioning of widgets. To address this, we recommend the following solution:
Before switching themes, navigate to the Appearance > Widgets tab. This will allow you to easily move the widgets back to their correct areas after switching.
You need to do the test with Storefront – the default woocommerce theme, not with the twenty twenty five.

Dear Ross,
I had activated the Storefront theme and followed the same procedure to update prices in bulk. It worked successfully. Interestingly, the XStore theme is now also reflecting the changes correctly.
What could be the possible reason for this? So shall I need to repeat the same procedure if it happens again?
Thank you for your support, as always.
Best regards,
Muhammad Hassam
Dear Hassam,
Thank you for taking the time to share the solution that worked for you. It is possible that the issue was related to caching, although it is difficult to determine with certainty.
Please note that the functionality in question pertains to the WooCommerce plugin rather than the theme itself, meaning it should not be dependent on the theme.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
