Bunch of decommissioned testing domains showing up with licences, but not the actual live domain

Hi,

not having logged in to the support dashboard, I’ve noticed this new overview of registered license domains. It struck me that a lot of old and decommissioned domains are shown (why? nothing’s hosted there) and our actual live site/domain isn’t listed.
Please explain/help

Hello Rose,

Thanks for getting back to me. Obviously, we know how to register the theme, as we’ve been using it for over 3 years.
My question is half answered: why doesn’t the overview list our live website’s domain?

Hello, Bas Kling,

Maybe it was registered a long ago.
Go to your site dashboard > XStore > Welcome panel > unregister the theme and register it one more time. The site will appear in the list then.
