    Hello,

    To remove # please edit headers/double-menu.php http://prntscr.com/i3uz3l > http://prntscr.com/i3uz9u
Also, this fix will be included in next theme update.

Please describe in details the burger problem.

    Regards

    Hello,

    1. If I edit the headers/double-menu.php Do I need to copy this and put in the child theme then edit? Or I can edit directly in the xtore headers?

    2. For the burger problem,

I am using my mobile phone and I cannot press the Burger Icon that includes all the menu.
    How can I fix this?
If I have a customer go to my website, how they can navigate into the website through mobile?
Is there any solution for this?

If I am the customer if the burger icon is not working, I will imagine the website has a bug and I will exit quickly.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    1. You may do this in the file of the parent theme, because of this also will be changed in next theme update.
    2. Unfortunately, we can’t recreate the problem. I’ve checked your site on different mobile devices and browsers and looks like the menu works fine.
Please try to clear browser cache and check the menu one more time. Try to check the problem on another device.

    Regards
