Hi,
I am trying to add an affiliate button and filled all the information that needs to be there but the button doesn’t show up on the product page.
What could be the issue?
Thanks,

Hi Eve,
who do I send this information to? Do you have an email I can send it to?
Thanks,
Hello,
You can send it in Private Content.

alright, here it is
Thank you for the login details.
Also please give us the site name and describe what information have you filled and where the button needs to be set.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
the site is http://ceilingtilesexpert.com/
take a look at all the products. None are displaying the button text or the button. For example,
http://ceilingtilesexpert.com/product/jazz-age-aluminum-ceiling-tile/
If you try to edit you’ll see that I have the images and price in there correctly. This is for an external affiliate product.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks again for helping
Of course, the slider shortcodes don’t work, the price filter keeps breaking and if you go to woocommerce settings and select the page which is your products page everything breaks.
As I see you’ve updated WP to 3.9 version.
There may be a bug in the theme after update. You may try to fix it editing the file blanco/code/functions.php , find wp_enqueue_script('masonry', get_template_directory_uri().'/js/jquery.masonry.min.js');
(line 47) and replace by
wp_enqueue_script('et_masonry', get_template_directory_uri().'/js/jquery.masonry.min.js');
If the issue still persists, provide us with the FTP access in Private Content.

Eva Kemp.
Thanks Eva. That sort of worked but not completely. I tried to select ceiling tiles as our products page and it still does not work properly. Also, the button does not show up still. I have the FTP access for you in the private section.
something went horribly wrong and my public_html is gone… I am restoring it now. please stay patient until I fix this before you get in
Ok Eva,
I put everything back. Please take a look now
Hello,
1. As I see ceiling tiles is showing as product page:
2. Please check if the button is working with the default theme.

Eva Kemp.
Yes, I see the button on the slideshow but what about the button for individual products? For example:
http://ceilingtilesexpert.com/product/french-quarter-copper-ceiling-tiles/
Should have a button saying “Buy This Product” but it doesn’t show up.
What could be causing this?

Hello,
Sorry for a delay.
You have the option “Disable ‘Add To Cart’ button and shopping cart ” enabled. You have to uncheck it. After that the button will be displayed.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Yes, perfect. That did fix the issue. But remember, what we’re trying to do is send the visitor to another website. We don’t need the shopping cart when we’re sending them off with an affiliate link.
How do we go about removing the shopping cart but keeping the button?
Thanks again for all your help Eva.
You need to put in an URL of the product where your customers will be redirected to when the button is clicked
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Yes, I understand that but we don’t want the shopping cart on the website since this is not a e-commerce website. It still shows up on the top right.
Sorry for misunderstanding.
To disable Shopping Cart you need go to admin panel > Blanco – Theme Settings > Header > uncheck “Enable cart widget”.

Eva Kemp.
