Button “read more” when product is out of stock

Hi
When a product is out of stock, there is no ‘read more’ button on the product loops. Is it possible to enable this feature? I cannot find any option for that. The missing buttons affect how the product loops look, which is causing some confusion for clients … some products does have buttons below (buy) some don’t

Hello, @Krzysztof,

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Should the issue continue, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and assist you more effectively.

Please ensure that you have a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Furthermore, we request that you provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials where you are experiencing the issue. Please provide this information in the private content area of this topic. Also, include the page URL where the ‘Read More’ button is not displaying on out-of-stock products. This will allow us to further investigate and assist you.

do I read it right that by default “out of stock” products should have some “Read more” button on products loops ?

Hello, @Krzysztof,

Yes, by default “out of stock” products should have some “Read more” button.
Please do tests that we asked you for:
– disable all 3rd party plugins and check the result on Shop page;
– check how it works with parent theme activated.
