    Hi.

When using caching the header cart does not update and the total stays 0,00. When going to the cart page the product and amound are correct.

Only minify and browser cache works, but page cache breaks the function.
Testes using w3 total cache and Wordfence basic and falcon caching.

Please can you provide an update soon, because our site and customers would benefit huge from more speed.

Using latest versions of blanco, woocommerce, wordpress, Safari and Chrome.

    Hello,

I’ve just checked your site and the cart info is updated successfully in the top bar.
Please try to clear your browser cache or check it with some other browser.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hello, Thank you for your replies.

Correct. I disabled page caching for now, otherwise customers will get confused as we withnessed earlier. They will try to add an item numerous times and complain.

I tested this also with child theme files disabled but the problem persists.

If you are logged in there is now problem because caching is disbled if logged in. If you log out or use another browser the header cart does not update. The best page to test this is the home page. and add product to the cart.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site not being logged in and the cart in header is updated when product is moved to the cart.
Try to check with some other browser.

Also update the theme to the latest version:

    Thank you.

    Hi Guys,
I am having the same problem with blanco and w3 total cache, if I disable the plugin the cart works fine but if the plugin is on the cart emediatly goes crazy.
Also having another problem with size guide on the product page, showing just the link not as a dropdown and reedirecting to a 404 error page.
Can someone give me some good advice to sort this out.
    Appreciate your help.

    Hi,

After major update to Blanco 3.0 and Woocommerce 2.3.4 and moving to https the header cart widget still doesn’t work with caching enabled.

    Only Browsercaching and Minifi works.

Other types of cache such as page caching break the header cart when enabled. We tried it with W3 Total Cache and Wordfence.

As our store grows (and google likes more speed) we absolutely need caching. The header cart is preventing us from moving forward. We hope you can fix this soon.

    Hello @Rsalaberte,

Sorry, but w3 total cache is a third-party plugin and we don’t guarantee full compatibility with it.
Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content to look on issue with size guide option more deeply.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.
