Hey I am trying to get my call to action button working, so when people click on it, the “call?” option comes up with the phone number….I put the number in the “button” click on code….I also input 555-555-1212 this code…but still not working…how do I get this button to work?

So I was checking in on this ticket and noticed that the code I included, the browser went ahead and created the final result, which is a click on phone number action.

Please let me know how I can get this “call to action” button functioning.

    Thanks!

Hey this is the code I used in the “call to action” setting, under the “on click code” box…is there somewhere else I should be putting this code? Because it is still not working…while I am waiting for a response, I will try to input the code under the URL link section….but I am not pretty sure that is not where that goes.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
Have you checked the link on your smartphone?
This option works on mobile only, not for desktop.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I have checked in on mobile. Still not working…would you want to go in there and check to see if I am putting the code in correctly?

I have tried numerous different codes and putting them in different places on my site….this code has worked on my site in many different areas including the header and footer, but for some reason the button does not want to work for me?

I did create a static block so that call action was on multiple pages. It’s called “Contact- Call to Action.” I will leave my login credentials in private content! Please let me know any further advice or suggestions to get this resolved!

    Hello,

Could you please check now? I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Please show on a screenshot where you added the element and show a direct page.

    Thank you.

ok I had screen shots of everything, but I do not see an attachment button. So I will just give you the links in the private section to each page that contains this info.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I don’t see the code like <a href="tel:123-456-7890">Contact Us</a> in Call To Action settings. It should be added in Text element.
Try to replace Call To Action element with Text and we’ll help you to style the link as the button with css code.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
