Can I activate license for subdomain or something like this

I have a few question.
1. I activated theme for website https://agency.wib.global, but I did it for development. After I finish development, I need to transfer website to domain wib.agancy
– In my way, I need to deactivate license for first website and connect to second one?
2. If I create website in domain 1.com and activate license for 1.com
– can I create a landing in subdomain like landing.1.com using this license, or I need to buy new one for this subdomain?
