Can I add a second menu on the left side inside select pages?

I would like to add a second menu to the pages under the main menu item “Quality Displays” containing only the items in “Quality Displays”. I know how to make the menu, and I would like it to be on the left side of the screen under a header image. Example http://dev.greatdisplaycompany.com/wp-content/themes/blanco/images/Untitled-3.png

Hello,

You can create a custom menu in Appearance > Menus and add it into sidebar using Custom Menu widget in Appearance > Widgets.
