Can i de-activate my xstore license and re-activate after delete current theme?

I have problem with importing demo through xstore plugin and i have been tried all of your guide lines and still not able to import the demo.
So I would like to deactivate and reinstall it on the same wordpress domain.
Is there any certain step i have to do? or just can deactivate it and reinstall.
Please let me know
