Can I get the pop up working from a slide?

This might be tricky:)

I have a slide for Newsletters, when a user clicks on More I’d like to open the themes popup which has the form.

In Revolution Slider I’ve set the link to be #etheme-popup-holder which doesn’t work, but is there anything else I can do to make it work?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. But you can add the popup in custom place on page (not on slider) as <a class="etheme-popup" href="#etheme-popup-holder">Newsletter</a>
