Can I use other comment plugins on the product category page? Why can’t I use the original template to display colors and sizes on my category page?

1.1. You may try using the suggested plugin; however, please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins.

1.2. Could you please clarify what you mean by “use the original template to display colors and sizes on my category page”?

2. In the second step, under the “Generate Access Tokens” section, when you click on “Add Account,” a login window for Instagram should appear. Please ensure that the corresponding Instagram account is linked to a Facebook account for this process to work.

3. Kindly provide us with a link to the page on your website where Instagram is integrated. We will review it to determine if it is possible to configure redirection to Instagram.

This is a website of the same industry. I think they put the categories on the homepage, but when customers click on the Instagram collection, they are on their own website instead of jumping to other websites.
