Can not add new page or post in child theme, white screen error.

    when i am trying to add a new page or post in child theme it is showing white screen. i can not create a new page/post in child theme. core theme working fine.

    2. If possible, please enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file and share any error messages that appear when you try to add a new page or post.

    To assist you effectively, please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. This will enable us to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hey Rose Tyler,
    Thank you for your reply. Maybe there are some cache plugin issues, I have deactivated and activated the plugin again. After some time all my problems were resolved, maybe it is not due to the cache plugin, because the result does not reflect immediately.
