Several or more so a majority of the products will not add to cart, for example see product link below,

thank you, i was able to correct the live site but for some reason I can not update the dev site that I have you looking at. But thank you I believe i am good now as the live site is the goal

Theme can be manually updated in the next way: download XStore – Installable Archive from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads , go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload archive > Install > Replace with uploaded, and the theme will be updated.

ok thanks i appreciate it, I can say that the speed from click of add to cart button to actual adding to cart is very delayed, i am unsure I had tested it since implementing the theme but it is slow.
new issue that i hadnt noticed but live site has some messed up store page I have no idea why its showing that

The critical error on the Shop page was caused by the Woocommerce Product Disclaimer plugin. We’ve disabled this plugin on your site and the Shop page is correct now. In WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal errors > you can see details.
We would recommend you contact support of the plugin to get further assistance.

Hmm that is odd because that plugin is running on the dev site, BUT it is version 2.6.3.3 which is the old version, i will reach out to them about the issue as the actual function of this plugin is absolutely necessary for the business, specific made to order products need to have an agreement between customers and the business because the product will not be refundedz
well now i am back to not being able to add to cart, I have made no changes, that disclaimer plugin remains inactive, the dev site is also not working properly either
i saw you have core update and theme update ? is this the issue
both dev site and live site are non functioning all the cart and checkout pages are messed up looks like the archive page but with nothing on it
Ok I have narrowed it down to being the WooCommerce UPS Drop Shipping Pro I will reach out to them as this plugin caused fatal errors and it made the cart and checkout pages display completly wonky , I will check it in a bit to see if it is still stable, I will be in my office with a different computer and ISP so i will get a fresh look
ok both plugins cause a conflict with the theme. WooCommerce UPS Drop Shipping Pro and the Product Disclaimer For WooCommerce cause the checkout page and cart page to work incorrectly and really display incorrectly. This occurs on both live and dev sites. I will make no changes or adjustments until i hear back from you
