Can not import demo pages with xstore can i use ftp?

Xstore wont let me import demo pages , can i switch to ftp ?

Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.
2) Provide us with a screenshot of the error you get. What demo are you trying to import?
You can’t import demo content via FTP. It does not work in this way.
