Can not install x-store personal license and GPL licensed were installed

My website builder set up an X-store with a GPL license. Because I wish to switch to a different retail demo, I bought my own personal license. Nevertheless, the gpl version remains visible even after installing over it. I tried removing the x-store theme and installing a new one, but the GPL license still appears. Please assist.

I do not see an option to deactivate the current gpl license.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

hello, i see that it has change,
but how change i install demos website?
the layout is different that what is in this picture.

1/ Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in.

2/ Do you want to delete all current content and install a new demo version?
Please describe your goal in more detail.

3/ Some options were disabled on your site using the White label plugin, for example, https://prnt.sc/8JHxnnvAYJFl , so you can enable them via the settings of the White label plugin.
