Can not install xstore “sport” demo or any demo actually

Can not install xstore “sport” demo, i recently installed another demo same server but didnt have an issue. This is for another site and i have tried several times to even delete the wordpress install. I actually cant get any demo to install, ir should i say it installs but not really as says pages widgets ect ect are not installed

thank you can you please let me know what the issue was, i was dealing with hosting company and making sure everything was above or at specifications for the theme ect, thanks

Also is this demo available in wpbakery as I work more quickly with that editor but i suppose i will get use to elementor

As we can see, System Requirements on your site are fine- https://prnt.sc/6bBtn4BIeWQk We are not sure what was a reason for the problem, because when we did the import, we did not face the problem.

“sport” demo is not available in wpbakery, sorry.
