Hello @caochen223,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
1. You can locate the multiple headers by navigating to Xstore > Theme Options > Header Builder > and selecting Multiple Headers.
For further clarification, please refer to the attached screenshot: https://ibb.co/PGvQzsq
We also recommend watching our video tutorial on the Header Builder for a more detailed guide. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbdKjQrFnO4&list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG&index=3
2. If you are unable to observe any modifications in the header on the homepage, we kindly request you to refer to and adhere to the guidelines provided in our theme documentation.

We trust that this will resolve your concern.
Best Regards,
Team 8Theme.
Currently, I’ve been waiting for a few hours, and the header has automatically returned to normal. Everything appears normal when I edit the header in the Xstore header builder page, but the changes are not updated when I switch to view the site. I tried clearing the cache in the server requirements, disabling Xstore’s menu cache and static blocks cache, purging the SG Cache in WordPress, and even disabling SiteGround’s SG Optimizer, but none of these actions seemed to work. It seems like there’s a caching issue somewhere, but I can’t pinpoint it. I hope this is not a bug in Xstore. I’m providing this information as feedback to you, just for your reference, to help improve Xstore in the future.
Hello, @caochen223,
We want to express our sincere gratitude for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback regarding Xstore. We truly appreciate your willingness to share your thoughts, and your input is invaluable in our continuous efforts to enhance the Xstore experience for all our customers.
We would like to assure you that the issue you have encountered is not a bug, but rather a cache issue. We recommend that you try accessing your site from a completely new browser that has not been used to access your site before. This may resolve the cache issue you are experiencing.
If you ever have further suggestions or encounter any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to listen, learn, and grow with you as our valued customer.
Thank you once again for your feedback and your continued support. We look forward to serving you better in the future and making Xstore an even more exceptional platform.
