I have the progress bar on cart (sales booster), but I also have a coupon for £60 off £200. My problem is… When the coupon is applied, the progress bar is taking the total price (after the reduction) instead of the sub-total.
So if I have £210 worth of items in my cart, the coupon is applied and total goes to £150… This works perfectly how I want it to.
However, the progress bar is still saying I need to spend £50 for the coupon to apply, so it’s taking the total instead of the sub-total. Hope that makes sense?
I can provide a screenshot if needed.

It now works but when I add a coupon that over rides the 30% off over £100 it it’s still shows the congratulations warning.
When I then remove the new code it doesn’t then replace it with the 30% off code again… and still shows the congratulations warning but with no discount…
Hello, Allan Morrow
We kindly request that you provide us with the coupon code you are entering or a video demonstrating the process.
It works fine for us:
price for count 130 – https://prnt.sc/rbIdEl3wCPJk
before applying coupon – https://prnt.sc/mMH9c9GixSs6
after applying coupon (30%) – https://prnt.sc/vZOA8a8O6fYk
The price for Spend X dollars to get free shipping remains the same, as the coupon affects the total cost and should not have an effect on the sub-total of what you have purchased. This is as you have described in the topic.
We look forward to your reply.

See this video here showing you that its not working – https://www.dropbox.com/s/urey0al0musuxv4/Screen%20Recording%202023-02-09%20at%2009.34.34.mov?dl=0
Hello, Allan Morrow
Thanks for the video details you send and here is our answer according to you question.
You set price in XStore Control panel -> Progress bar -> https://prnt.sc/wqByzw7lZTny equal to 100(£).
If a customer buys something then on your cart there is total and subtotal values -> https://prnt.sc/hMvLHUwKQRdw and automatically calculated progress bar price value which customer need to buy to get 30% off (according to your test in progress bar message). You should know that we don’t calculate that discount from the text you set but we just gave you the possibility to show custom text and show success/progress texts by calculation operation according to your price value set in options and subtotal customer has. It means that if customer buys for more than 100£ we don’t change woocommerce hooks/filter according to your texts set in progress bar success text area but we just switch progress bar «in progress text» to «success text» . That’s why we mostly show free shipping text there because even after customer pays then the owner of the site will understand that this customer bought many products for more than 100£ and got free shipping from site owner.
Returning back to your video you may see that we caclucate progress bar according to subtotal price which is 151.89£ (and it is more than 100£ set in your options) so success text is shown. And even if the customer set coupon code then it does not mean for progress bar data that customer didn’t deserve «the gift» (set in your progress bar success text) because he did bought products for more than 100£ but just found a coupon which saves some money for him. So we are very sure that our calculation works as it needed to and if you are not satisfied by this feature you may just simply disable it and install any extra plugin which will cover all your needs.
