Can we by default open all steps on checkout page

Is there any way to make all steps as open by default when user navigates to this page? Reason is our customers just decline order because they thing there will be too many fields to fill. We want if possible we open them all so actually in below steps there are only some checkboxes etc. so when all is visible and customer has to click place order, it will help us server our customers better. You can visit familycare.pk and add any product and check the checkout page. I have also attached a screenshot of it as well.
