Can you install the theme for my website?
Hello, @James Lee,
We recommend that you attempt to install the XStore theme and This can be achieved by using the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be accessed at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.
This plugin allows you to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
For guidance on this process, please refer to our theme documentation on Theme Installation at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/theme-installation/
If you encounter any issues during the installation process, We kindly request that you reset the installation and provide us with temporary valid WP-admin access in the private content area of this topic. This will enable us to assist you with the theme installation.
Please provide the following details:
WP admin URL:
WP admin username:
WP admin Password:

Hello,
You asked to install the theme and we did it for you.
Installation was failed when you tried because you used the wrong archive – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error
We did not do the reset your site. If you did it by yourself, it doesn’t relate to our theme. We hope for your understanding.
About site restore, did you create a backup before reseting it? Contact your hosting provider and ask about backup, some hosting do regular backups.
Theme authors can’t restore files on your server or database information because it completely different thing.

8Theme’s Team.
Thank you.
Can I restore the previous site and then reinstall the new theme correctly? Does this save me from having to recreate the site?
Hello,
Yes, you can try this way. Please make sure that you are using the correct theme archive next time as described here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error

Hi, after I upgraded the theme from 6.38 to the current 9.1, the homepage module is not the same as before. How can I restore it to the previous one? Can you guys help to set it up? The image is the original homepage.
What is the order of upgrading, is there a sequence of installing et-core plugins V5.13 and 9.1 themes that caused the current situation?
Hello,
We’ve re-saved Theme Options on your site. Please clear the cache and check now.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
Hi, thanks. But I don’t see a good change.
Hello,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Did you clear cache of the browser before checking?
Here is what we can see on your site right now – https://prnt.sc/rtN-wxGGB2gv Isn’t that correct result?

You’re welcome!

Hi, I didn’t do anything with the site after you guys helped restore the layout yesterday. I woke up this morning and noticed that the home page had pictures that were not displaying. What is the reason for this? The previous connection to our site still works. Thanks!
Hello, James Lee,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
We would recommend you change Image Loading Type via Theme Options > Speed Optimization to Default. It looks like the LQIP type conflicts with an option of a plugin on your site.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
Thank you. I’ll try changing it.
Hello, @James Lee,

Hello, @James Lee,
We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly request you revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.
Please note that we have deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin on your site, which has effectively addressed the problem.
Alternatively, you can use the WP Rocket plugin, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/
Furthermore, we strongly recommend updating to the latest version of the Woocommerce plugin on your site to ensure optimal performance and security.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
Thank you. We will consider your suggestion. However, LiteSpeed Cache is provided with our web service provider. Is it because of a problem with our cache settings?
Hello, @James Lee,
After reviewing the situation, it appears that the problem is indeed related to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Our initial assessment suggests that there might be a configuration within the cache plugin that’s causing the performance concern you’ve raised.
We kindly recommend checking the settings of the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. If you’re unsure about the ideal settings, we advise reaching out to the plugin’s author or support team for further assistance. They should be well-equipped to provide guidance and recommendations on how to configure the plugin for optimal performance based on your website’s needs.
Should you require any additional help or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our support team. We’re here to assist you in any way we can to ensure your website runs smoothly and efficiently.
Best Regards,

Hi, on August 28th you suggested that there was a problem with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and we deactivated it. The 2 images not showing up came after deactivation. does the problem still occur with LiteSpeed Cache deactivated? Thank you.
Our servers are showing no cached files (images)

In response to your question about caching, I turned off cloudflare’s caching as well. Went into development mode. It doesn’t seem to have solved the problem of displaying the 2 images.
Also, we have enabled AMP on mobile, and set up a hidden homepage, although there is no home button on the navigation tab, why is the homepage still the first thing that is displayed when you enter the site? Is it possible to set the mobile site to display the shop page directly?

1/ About images on the Shop page, all images of products are visible to us, from desktop and mobile, for example, we added a video into the Private Content area.
2/ About this https://prnt.sc/mKlrvWl7bHIT , Private Content also.
3/ About changing the Front page for the mobile version only, there is no such option, unfortunately. Please post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so dev team read it.
