Cannot acces WP Dashboard anymore after update. Please help

Hi there; Is someone able to help me with the following?

Our hoster provided me with a WP updating pack but now i cannot acces my WP Dashboard anymore. The guys told me this is because of the template.

Is there a way to enter my dashboard ? I want to solve it myself and find other people to support me with updating my website.

Hello,

Please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue.
I suppose that you updated XStore core plugin but did not update XStore theme to the latest version.

Provided you the Direct Admin Login and FTP Login. I cannot acces the WP dashboard at the moment.

Hello,

1) It’s not working http://prntscr.com/sg5eju
2) We don’t need Direct Admin Login we need:
FTP host, FTP user, FTP password and WP Dashboard username and password even if you can’t log in because of the Fatal error. We’ll disable the plugin and will be able to login. After that we will need to update theme and enable plugin. It’s not possible without Dashboard access. So, please, provide the requested information.

1) I see; Did send you the link in PCarea.
2) FTP host is; ftp://www.stellioprojects.com. Usedname and PW in PCarea. WP Dashboard username and password in PCarea

Try to log in by yourself now.

Exactly that is my problem too. And when i want to restore my password; The website says it doenst reconize my emailadres. I have tried different also.

Hello,

If you don’t remember your registration email address or password theme author can’t help with this. We are able to help only with issues related to our theme like fatal error related to theme or XStore core plugin, problems with theme settings. Actually, I thought that you faced some fatal error. Account details can’t be changed after theme or plugin update. Reset your email or password via DataBase.

This plugin does not come bundled with our theme http://prntscr.com/sgw1u4
Rename it to disable or remove it via FTP.

Hi Olga;

We did put back a backup from 2 months ago. Id didnt work.
Can you please restore the theme trough ftp?

Can i, somehow start an emailconversation do i can add our IT guy in this conversation? I am in the middle and i just want this to be solved. You say A and the others B. If this continues like this the problem will continue forever and i am wasting valuable time. I would love to connect you to our IT guy and have the problem solved.

My website is now without any update for weeks allready and this is bad for business.

Hello,

Do you have access to your site DataBase? Can’t you just check what email address is there for your user to reset the password? We have sent email and copy of that email to the addresses that you provided and we’ll be waiting for reply.
