Cannot activate XStore Core Plugin after installation

    I just installed XStore on a new GoDaddy site and the theme installed fine, but when I try to activate the Core plugin I get the following error message.

    Error

    System status is all green.

    Any assistance would be appreciated in solving this.

    Could you please confirm if you are using the Kirki plugin? If so, we kindly ask that you temporarily disable it, as it may interfere with the activation process.

    If the problem persists after disabling the Kirki plugin, we would be happy to take a closer look at the situation for you. To do this, we would require temporary access to your wp-admin.

    In order to grant us access to the wp-admin panel, we kindly request that you create a new user account with an administrator role through the Dashboard. Once created, please securely share the username and password with us through the Private Content section.

    Hi there. It seemed like everything was fixed after disabling the Kirki plugin, but for some reason after I updated the theme manually, unregistered it completely, I am getting an error saying I cannot install the core plugin again.

    The popup says failed and successfully installed. Please help!
