I updated to the most recent version of the theme today. I noticed immediately after that I can’t add any product to cart. I could delete existing product in the cart, I could add to the wishlist but I couldn’t add to cart.

I did troubleshooting by using the default theme and deactivating all plugins, the add to cart function worked. Immediately I installed just the theme, it stopped working again. All I get is the loop loading screen.

I need help as I intend to go live in 36 hours.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
Download ajax-spv-add-to-cart.min.js file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/uiQyY and reupload it into xstore/js folder via FTP. Let us know the result.

    Regards

    Awesome!

Thank you very much Rose Tyler, it worked. Another new thing I noticed since thee update with all variable products is: when clicking the “+” or “-“ button, there’s a white box that surfaces in the background of the product page. This happens to be on Safari only from what I noticed. I have attached a picture for more clarity. It doesn’t happen with simple products.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply.
I do not see a picture of the problem. Use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share screenshots.

    Hello,

What version of the Safari browser do you use? We do not see the issue. Please try to clear cache and check one more time.

    Regards
