Cannot change footer and theme does not react

Dear Xstore theme,

Please I have a big problem. My theme does not react so if I hover over the footer widgets I cannot get to them. Also I cannot see Elementor elements loading in customizer. I need help real fast.

Hello,

Thank you for using our theme.
If you use Elementor and want to edit footer using Elementor make sure that you enabled it for the Static Blocks in the Elementor > Settings http://prntscr.com/swuj3r
After that go to Static Blocks and edit Footer static block using Elementor.
If you still have any issues after that provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access and link to your site to check problems in more detail.
