Cannot change header colors. It will not save in Customize

I have read all the posts on this subject and tried all solutions.
Nothing is working.
I just installed a new WP and it still doesn’t work.
I change the colors sizes etc. I publish but once I leave customize, the colors and sizes disappear. I log back into Customize and have to reset everything.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for contacting us.
Here is what I can see on your site – https://prnt.sc/26vfsek Isn’t it correct styling? Clear cache of your browser and check one more time.
Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers, I can see a custom header “home” that is applied for the entire site https://prnt.sc/26vftjs , why did you create it? The default header is applyd for all pages by default, so use the custom one to change the header on particular pages, or delete the custom header to prevent a misunderstanding.

Strange…for 2 days it would never take! Now it does. I made the new header based on an old post on here.
One other thing. I can’t get my Logo to be CLEAR. It is always fuzzy, I have tried resizing, etc. The actual image is quite clean. Any suggestions?

I am sorry but it is still not working.
On this screen, the Menu is smaller than I set it for. The highlight color is Yellow, yet I have set it to a Maroon

OK, fresh install of WP and XStore, same issues.
The only plugins installed are XStore installed plugins.

Here is how it looks when I design it

All browser cache has been completely cleared. It looks the same on Edge and Chrome.
It is also the same on safari on my iPhone.

Hello,

Here is what I can see on your Home page – https://prnt.sc/26wtrhg (customizer is closed).
When I go to Header builder > Multiple headers, there is custom header that is applied for entire site. Why do you use it? Please use the custom header to set on particular pages, to prevent conflicts when the Default header and your custom header want to be applied for all pages.

The only plugins installed are XStore installed plugins.

– Jetpack, MOJO Marketplace, WPForms Lite plugin don’t come bundled with our theme.

True those are auto-installed with WP

You provided 2 the same screenshots, please check and provide a new one for “But when I scroll…this happens”.
If you mean Sticky header – https://prnt.sc/7yMldfkgKIdc , go to Theme options > Header builder > Header sticky > https://prnt.sc/4bD5F8f5S3oZ Clear cache and check now – https://prnt.sc/9nnp6rPXHczH
