Cannot create or activate new child theme

I initially installed XStore and a child theme but had issues with it. I figure it was quicker to just re-do everything that keep trying to figure out what was wrong – so I deleted the site and started back up. However, when I tried to install a child theme I get the error: “Can not create or activate new child theme. Please contact our support.”

Please try to install a new child theme on your site. The new child theme archive is attached in the private content area.

I installed it but the demo content wasn’t pulled in as well. I did a live preview and there was no demo content.

1/ Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please set Php version 8.0 and the increase max execution time & max input vars minimum 3000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and check again.

2/ If the issue persist, Please provide screenshot of the problem, let us know which demo you want to import on your site and we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I am on PHP 8.0.30 and I’ve hit the min for max execution time too, says 120 and I am at 120 at least.

Added login info in private content area.

Even if I reinstall the file you sent, it does not trigger the demo content being pulled in. The child theme I was trying to put is on the first screenshot I shared – kids toys (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/kids-toys)
