Cannot deactivate or go to the settings of the Sales Booster “Only Away From Free Shipping” bar

Hi there,

I cannot deactivate, and I’m also not able to go to the settings of the Sales Booster “Only Away From Free Shipping” bar, and for the progress bar of the cart it’s the same. I have to change the free shipping.

I’ve added a screenshot.

What could be the solution?

The patch was already applied but unfortunately it’s not working.
I cleared the cache many times and applied the patch more the one times, but it’s not working.

Everytime if I’m clearing the cache, afterwards the apply button appears again, so that I have to apply the patch a new one. That should be not normal.
