Hello,
There is only trouble with your theme.
Since your big change, the problems have been piling up.
Can’t you just test it extensively before you go live?
We are losing money because of your unclean work.
We currently cannot remove the connection block in your header builder.
please check private content for admin access.

Hello, PJone,
Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lose settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
I did it like this. But now the mobile menu is no longer displayed on tablets and smartphones.
Generally the mobile header is not loaded.
How can I fix this now?
regards
Patrick
Hello, PJone,
Fixed by disabling Mobile Optimization option (if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, optimization options can conflict with each other).
Kind Regards,
