Cannot edit categories at the shop page - by rdg__studio

I cant decide or choose the categories this is showing at the top
Also i dont know how to eliminate this column filter. i dont feel its necesary for my clients

Both problems are shown in the picture. The column issue in red and categorie issue in black. thank you

i just want to choose which categories Im showing there. It seems that every category appears there automatically and i want to choose which one im showing in that page. Thank you
