Cannot Edit Footer - by eduarrllc - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, I am also having problems with editing the footer. I have tried to follow along with the video and the documentation help. But when I go to the “Static Blocks” tap, I do not have the option to edit, add widgets, or anything at all. I do not see the buttons under where you type your title that are shown in the video or in the documentation. I simply have a text box where I can add text or media. Why do I not have the “CLASSIC MODE/FRONTEND EDITOR” buttons??? Also, every time I try to input my PURCHASE CODE key, I keep getting an error message: “Invalid Purchase Code”. I followed the steps the get my purchase code, copied & paste it, but I get this message. Is this why I cannot see the “CLASSIC MODE/FRONTEND EDITOR” buttons?

Navigate to Dashboard->Settings->Visual Composer-> and select All Content Types like in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/index.html#!/visual_composer

Thank you Stan, but I am not sure what credentials you are requesting? Will my credentials be safe sharing on here, even thru ‘Private Content’? Are you a staff member or a user? Thank you Stan.
