Cannot edit html content block, what to do ?

Hello,
I want to modify a block html content in my header but I cannot modify it. How do I get access to the edit block?

Hello,

Click on Text tab – https://gyazo.com/11c34bd38817ba7efb7458719c4d7852 then edit the content
