    The theme has been updated, cleared the cache. But the option is not there on the newsletter options.

    We have conducted a thorough review of your website and temporarily activated the Xstore parent theme for diagnostic purposes. We are pleased to inform you that we did not encounter any issues with this configuration. Specifically, the Header newsletter widget and all associated options are displaying correctly.

    For your reference, we have included screenshots in the private content area of our correspondence.

    It appears that the difficulties you are experiencing are related to modifications made in your child theme. Please note that our support does not extend to customizations made to child themes. We kindly suggest contacting your website developer to address these issues.
