Cannot import demos, the thumbnail for the demos do not appear

Hello,

I cannot install de demos.
On the demo page the thumbnails do not appeat, when I click install nothing happens.
All the plug ins are deactivated, and stil it doesn’t work.

The theme appears to be activated but I din’t do it, I did not entered the purchase code.
When I click unregister I get a error mesage Error while deactivating.

What can I do to fix it?

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ If the issue persists, Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings. Please let us know which demo you want to import.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
