Cannot instal demos – Server php issues with wordpress / Bana hosting

    Hi Support Team,

    I’m experiencing issues with installing the XStore Minimal Fashion 2 demo on my website hosted by Bana Hosting. The error message indicates that several elements (e.g., pages, widgets, home page, posts, products, static-blocks, etc.) are not installed, and it suggests that this may be due to low server requirements. I have already increased the memory limit in wp-config to 128MB.

    Here are my current server settings:

    WP File System: direct
    PHP version: 8.1.29
    WordPress version: 6.6.1
    Memory limit: 512M
    Max execution time: 300
    Max input vars: 10000
    Upload max filesize: 1024M
    GZIP compression: enabled
    file_get_contents(): enabled
    wp_remote_get(): enabled
    Despite these settings, the import is still failing.

    Could you please assist with the following:

    Verify if my server settings meet all the necessary requirements for the XStore theme.
    Provide any additional steps or configurations I might be missing.
    If possible, help me manually upload the missing demo content.
    I can provide temporary wp-admin access if needed for further diagnostics and resolution.
