    Hello,

    You didn’t install Woocommerce plugin.
    It should be installed before the theme installation.

    Try to install everything on clear WordPress. Please pay attention that Woocommerce must installed first.

    Thank you.

    hi there I have installed the woocommerce plugin as advised (after deleting all demo content from before) and reinstalled demo content but It still is saying that wp slider is missing and the menu has duplicated everything. anyway to fix this? I just want a fresh start with demo content but it seems it keeps messing up. if I have to pay for you to go in and get it all set up properly I don’t mind doing that. as I know this is tedious for you guys. I don’t know how to delete the theme and re install it to start it again.

    many thanks

    jessica

    I cannot see a way to delete the theme and re install it clean wordpress. from the beginning. is there any way your team can go in and resolve this, and set it up with all the demo content again? I can pay for this extra service. as I think i’ve messed things up from the beginning by installing the theme and other plugins before I installed woo commerce etc. your speedy response is appreciated.

    I seem to be having a number of issues. I am not even sure where to start. When I install the demo pages, what is the file name that has the home page?

    1. I don’t understand why the text widgets I have put into the prefooter area are not showing up. I did that just to test and I want to keep the demo pages left hand prefooter social icon bar but have no idea where the page is drawing that from.
    2. I don’t know which page to put the html from the paypal account so that the pay buttons work
    3. I would like to include the banners as in the demo page I found this information “To add banners on the home page (as on Blanco WordPress theme demo) below, you need to add the following HTML code to the Home Page code” But cananot find a “home page” page when I go to the editor option.
    4. Where is the demo page drawing these shortcodes from [etheme_btn title=”Shop Now” url=”test_url” class=”active”]

    Clearly, I am very lost in all this.

    Hello,

    1. To use Prefooter from widgets you need disable “Use Prefooter” in Blanco – Theme Settings > Footer.
    2. Where do you want to display the buttons? There is Checkout page by default from Woocommerce.
    3. Your home page is located in Pages > Home page.
    4. Please clarify your 4th question. Do you want to place that shortcode somewhere on your site?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    1. Okay got this. But what if i want to edit the prefooter that is default? I like the way the theme one is partitioned into cells.
    2. OKay I see that this seems to work.
    3. My question was referring to the instructions on how to add banners like the demo page shows. The instructions said to edit the Hope Page directly. If I go to Blanco > Editor and look for “Home Page” there is not a file by that name.
    4. Could you point me to some documentation or explain to me in some detail the use of shortcodes. I am specifically referring to the ones that show up on the Pages > Home Page

    Thanks very much.

    I would also like to have the main slider be the same width as the other element son the demo page. Currently on the demo page on my site, it is full width to whatever the browser window is.

    I have two questions
    1. How do I adjust the slider so that it’s left and right margin do not extend to the full width of the screen.
    2. If I want to leave the prefoorter the way it is in the demo page but would like to edit them, how do i do that.

    Hello,

    1. To recreate prefooter you can follow Legenda documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/widgets > Prefooter Row, add that code into Text widget and place it in “Prefooter” area in Appearance > Widgets.
    3. To edit Home page go to wp-admin panel > Pages > Home page.
    4. Please specify what shortcodes you’re talking about. Blanco shortcodes are described here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/blanco_shortcodes
    5. I’ve disabled Full width in wp-admin panel > LayerSlider WP > Slider Settings > Full-width slider settings > Full-width > Off.

    Thank you.

    I still can’t seem to get teh Prefooter correct. I followed the directions from the legenda documentation and it didn’t replace the prefooter.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately there is no pinterest button. You can find the code of it in helpbase of pinterest site or use some plugin.
    Slider images on our demo are 960px × 400px.

    I know how to put the prefooter right before the footer as in the demo pages, and now I have added another just below the menu. however, I do not know how to add the elements that spread it across the width of the theme or create the gray lines in between the items.

    Hello,

    Please try to add this code in custom.css file:

    .containerInner img {
    padding-right: 60px;
    padding-left: 30px;
    }

    To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css via FTP in wp-content/themes/blanco directory and then enable it in Blanco – Theme Settings > Enable Custom CSS file.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
