Hi,
we have build a new staging page (with a free licence).
The activation worked.
But now we cannot install a demo (Cooperate Demo). Manually installing e.g. XStore Core doesn’t work either.
But if I install Wordfence via WordPress plugin, for example.
There are no problems.
Only with your installation system.
Hope you can fix it quickly.
regards
Patrick
Hello, PJone,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Please downgrade the PHP version to 8.0 and let us know.
Kind Regards,

Hello,
We did to 8.0
Now the demo can supposedly be installed. In fact, the necessary plugins like rev Slider are not downloaded.
I’m really upset.
You change so much that even the simple things don’t work anymore.
You have our access data.
Please fix the problem instead of just giving small hints that don’t help.
I have purchased over 20 licenses from you for this theme.
It’s time for me to write a conclusion.
regards
Patrick

Hello,
we have configured PHP 8 as you requested. I am the server administrator myself
Now we still have problems with the XStore Builder (Theme Options).
Some things are not saved.
I would also like to change the background color for the full width search, from white to rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);
I can do it with css:
.search-full-width .et-mini-content {
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);
}
With so many functions in your builder, there is certainly a function to change the background for the Ajax Full Width search. Then I would also have to change the color of the search field and font color as well.
I don’t have any color change options under “Search”.
Where did you hide this function again?
regards
Hello, PJone,
We appreciate your prompt response.
“Now we still have problems with the XStore Builder (Theme Options).
Some things are not saved.” – please describe in more detail with examples.
Please post your request about the new option for full-width search on this page – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , then our dev team will read it.
“Then I would also have to change the color of the search field and font color as well.
I don’t have any color change options under “Search”.
Where did you hide this function again?” – different settings are shown depending on the Search type, for example – https://gyazo.com/4f7f2a8f11554396d5b3ab9545a3a7c8
For the full-width search, there are no color settings, so custom CSS code can be used only, right now.
This is not a bug, just no one asked about these settings, so the dev team did not add settings that are not needed for most customers. Please post your request to our dev team, as was mentioned, and other customers will be able to vote for new settings via Trackboard.
We hope for your understanding.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Unfortunately, we doesn’t have this color setting options like you show us in the video.
is this an ajax issue with your theme options?
Can you please check this?
We use google chrome as browser.
Regards
Hello, PJone,
“we doesn’t have this color setting options like you show us in the video.” – the video was recorded from your site, mentioned options are available for this search type – https://prnt.sc/uNuOVPOKQZjX , but not for this https://prnt.sc/CRWDUFFK7cgX https://prnt.sc/2I4zNwNPCLeX – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
“is this an ajax issue with your theme options?
Can you please check this?” – we do not see issues, we use google chrome as browser too.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
