Cannot install in my wp site. It says "You have reached activation number limit"

Cannot install the theme in my wp site. It says “You have reached activation number limit”. I want to install it on the domain cazok.com. Previosly i had installed it. Then by mistake i have deactivated the theme. Now I am not able to activate it again. I hade installed it on my test server. Is it because of that? If yes, remove all other websites and i want to install on cazok.com. Please whitelist this domain only. Thank you!
