Cannot Install theme - by ypvang01 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    After purchasing the theme from envato, I’ve downloaded the files, added new theme from wp dash board and all I’ve been getting is errors after errors.

    I’ve followed all the install procedures from youtube to the 8theme sites and no luck.

    If i can get some kind of support i would greatly appreciate it.

    Hello @ypvang01

    Provide us with the screenshot of errors that you get. Also, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the errors.

    Hello,

    Please, check the theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
    Max upload size is set to 2 https://prnt.sc/xfycj9 But the theme is 6M size. So, you won’t be able to install theme via Dashboard if you don’t increase the Max upload size.

    Contact your hosting provider to change the limit.
