Cannot install theme even when all PHP requirements have been met.

Hello, I cannot install the main theme file XStore_Theme_v.9.3.12. I’m NOT trying to installe de XStoreTheme folder, I’m actually trying to install the theme zipped file. I’m getting:

The link you followed has expired.
Please try again.

I researched another ticket asking for the same, and I see that the support response was: Before using XStore, you first need to make certain that your server and WordPress meet the theme’s requirements.

I did all that, and updated the PHP requirements per the theme installation file requirements.

Please help, thanks.

Update: I just downloaded the 9.3.15 latest version and the same happened

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

We appreciate your prompt response.

Your problem is caused by the Max upload size. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this value to 12 MB. Additionally, downgrade the PHP version from 8.2.21 to 8.2 or 8.1.

Hi,

– On my server, upload_max_filesize is set to 600M.
– The requirements on XStore documentation are upload max filesize=10M
– PHP versions on my Plesk server are 8.0.30 (outdated) and 8.2.21

Please advise.

We’ve already advised that you need to increase the maximum upload size to 12 MB, your current value is 8 MB. We’ve added a screenshot in the Private Content area.

Hello, per instructions from your Documentation and Support files, I installed the plugin WP-ServerInfo. I’m including a screenshot that shows that actual upload max size in my server is 12M.

However, the theme cannot be uploaded yet.

The message continues to be the same:
The link you followed has expired.
Please try again.

The xStore theme was successfully installed after substantially increasing PHP values. See attached screenshot.
