Hello,
A new problem has just arisen.
When using the header builder, in multiple menu I can’t save. The machine runs endlessly.
I checked the updates. I even downloaded the latest versions and updated manually including the core: nothing helps!
I realize that an error in the browser can give a clue: An iframe which has both allow-scripts and allow-same-origin for its sandbox attribute can remove its sandboxing.
It’s urgent, can you tell me what’s going on?
Thank you very much. Thank you very much.
Best regards.
JL
Hello,
Take our apologies if you face any issues using our theme.
1) Could you, please, provide us short video of the issue using Gyazo Gif free tool? We need it for better understanding of the problem.
2) Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

Hello Olga,
I did the video capture of the problem.
I’m uploading it and then I’ll share the link with you in private mode.
By the way, I’ve disabled almost all the plugins on the site except those necessary for the theme to work.
For the moment, I can’t solve this problem.
The PHP version of the hosting : 7.4
The imput_Max_Var : 8000
As far as the identifiers are concerned, I am in production mode and there’s no way I’m going to start all my work over again. These are past clashes, including those of understanding and solving the problems related to the use of the theme (cookies ; cache ; etc…).
So for the moment, it’s a bit hot to be shared.
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards.
JL
Hello, Olga,
Here is the link to share the video in private section.

Okay, here’s what I found out.
By adding the constant
define( ‘FUSION_AJAX_SAVE’, false )
to the config.php file to disable AJAX saving, I managed to save the changes in the menu builder.
I’ve had a lot of problems with this AJAX management since the beginning.
Can you please tell me more about it.
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards.
JL.
Hello,
FUSION_AJAX_SAVE – is the Avada theme constant. It has no effect to our theme options. Only if you keep any Avada plugin enabled.

Hello,
Indeed, you’re right.
A WordPress user was mentioning similar symptoms to those I encounter and I tried this solution without paying attention that it was a development specific to Avada.
This means that it’s a coincidence if I could suddenly save the changes in the header builder because my site doesn’t have plugins from Avada.
So the problem remains unsolved.
For the moment, I don’t have other modifications to make. So I’ll leave it on hold to take care of other things. I’ll see when the time comes if it happens again.
Have a nice day.
