Cannot update the Xstore theme en the Xcore plugin

    This is the message I get:
    An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Can anyone help me?

    Hello,

    Go to XStore > deactivate theme and then activate it again using your purchase code.
    After that follow the instructions and press the Check updates button https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ Update both: theme and XStore Core plugin. Or you can do the update via FTP, as described in the documentation.

    After the update, you need to re-save Theme Options (go to Theme Options > click on Publish) and clear cache.

    The plugin is installed but the theme every time gives me the same error, how can I fix that?

    Go to XStore > deactivate theme https://prnt.sc/vtmn5w and then activate it again using your purchase code. Clear cache and try to update the theme then.

    What can I do the store plugin is installed but theme not. Can you help me?
