Can't access theme options - by Cindy

    All of a sudden unable to access theme options. Trying to get to theme options brings up customize.php in URL but just spins with the animated spinner. Using 6.2.13 XStore Core is 2.2.3

    Hello,

    Do you use any third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme? Try to disable them and check the options again. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll check the issue in more detail.

    Seems to be okay now. I uploaded 6.2.1.3 again and the Core 2.1.3 and the footer is strange but I will work on it tomorrow. Thanks
