Can”t activate new license for new domain

I have website test but I transfer website to new domain and buy new theme. When I tried to deactivate new key on new domain – I have an issue, and it transfers me to this forum.

Could you please provide FTP access to uaworkers.ca?
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
