Can’t activate XStore Core plugin > creates a FATAL ERROR

Hello, I can’t activate Xstore Core plugin.
On the XStore Control panel it says: The following required plugin is currently inactive: XStore Core. However, when activating it creates the following message: Oops it looks something went wrong. Please check your system requirements first. In case it will happened again, please, contact us 8theme.com

Activating the plugin via the plugin list results in a FATAL ERROR message and therefore it is not allowed by wordpress. Therefore I can not use full functionality of the theme (e.g. header). I downloaded the latest version of the theme and meet all system requirements.

Also, importing demo themes show errors. Mentioning it because the cause may be related to the error when activating the Xstore Core plugin.

Hold on. It just worked. I set DEBUG setting to TRUE and tried to activate is via de plugins list.
