Can’t add a new Mega Menu and not able to deactivate or enter settings of sales booster

    We have recently changed our theme to Xstore and was working fine until the latest update.

    I am unable to add a new Mega Menu, i click the button but nothing happens. Also, i am unable to deactivate things in sales booster and can’t enter any of the settings of any individual element, again i click the buttons but nothing happens.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    To address the issue you are experiencing, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the XStore Dashboard.
    2. Select ‘Patcher’.
    3. Click on the ‘Apply all patches’ button.

    After completing these steps, please ensure to clear all caches on your site. For your reference, we have included a helpful image in the private content area of our support platform.

    Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
