Hi,
I created “Exibitions” pages some weeks ago, including Masonry Media Grid with 13 images.
http://www.galasxy.com/exhibitions
http://www.galasxy.com/fr/expositions
Now I would like to add more images. Starting by the french page, I see that I can’t add more images. Also: now the visual composer accept a TOTAL of 5 images, can’t even recover my 13 initial images. If I select 6 images or more and click “Add images”, nothing happen…
Can you help me to find a solution?
Thanks in advance!
Gilles.
Hello,
Please update Visual Composer plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check VC editor then.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Do you mean update WPBakery Visual Composer from the plugin page? In that case, I need to activate Visual Composer, then I get a “No license found” page, invite me to purchase the licence… I thought it was included in my theme…
Thanks!
Gilles.
you invite me to see http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
but I already have Visual Composer v 4.11.1 installed.
Can you check it with my login in private content of my first message?
Gilles.
Hello,
As I see now all images are shown on French site version:
http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/0321/h_1458561027_3778756_4e4e5a82e3.png
and other images can be added.
Please clear browser cache and check.

Eva Kemp.
I am sorry Eva but,
I recovered the “Exhibitions” french page by finding a previous version of the page.
I still can’t add additional images… can you? that should be very easy, but I can’t…
Even on 2 computers, after clear browser cache an check.
Please see this page:
http://www.galasxy.com/fr/temoignages
I can add 5 images maximum, not more! can you?
Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks again.
Gilles.
Hello,
I’ve investigated that when these plugins (Slider Revolution, MailPoet Newsletters, Image Widget, Display Widgets) are disabled images can be added to the element.
The same issue persists with default WordPress theme Twenty Fifteen too, so it’s not related to our theme only. You can check it yourself.
We recommend you to contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check error logs to find out what exactly is causing this problem.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
ok, thanks!
Gilles.
